One never wishes the summer to end. Especially when you don't go on holiday.

However, come late July and I am bored of the summer clothes, they seem to be the same every year; maxi dresses, maxi skirts, floaty... etc. There are only so many combinations of a dress with shoes, bag, belt. Winter is when it starts to get fun.

If only it was warm all year and coats, jackets, tights, jumpers and the like didn't make you hot.

You won't see these in the summer...

I have a new obsession!

I went to the V & A, (eventually, after getting hopelessly lost, even though I supposedly know the area) to look at the new Quilts exhibition (Website). I am now in love with quilts, they are so gorgeous.

Although I had to take my shoes off and walk barefoot around the dusty wooden floors for half of it, It was a really interesting exhibition. There were some 100s years old, one even had an accompanying diary that old too. It really inspired me to make one myself... I was going to upload a photo of the one I made but it didn't work so I will later on.

Meanwhile I will post some pictures of my favorite quilts from the exhibition...

Lady Gaga's fans!

So I was just Online and I stumbled upon this thing about Lady Gaga's fans in Japan. I am a big Lady G fan but I have to say, some of these fans are something else! I am struck by the level of effort they put into everything, especially on their hair, I can't wait until my hair is long enough to play with like some of these girls.

I love this hair colour, even though its probably a wig.

This hair colour is also really cool, I think I'll dye mine this colour soon.

I wonder if this smells...?

Team Jaune

This is my first post so I thought I would write about some of my best friends. We are called Team Jaune and live in London. I love them all, they are the coolest people I know.

One is a fashion designer (Fifi Lafayette), two are in a band (ODLD) and 3 have beards.

These are the people that inspire me the most. I think its lovely to surround yourself with wonderful people.
